My entire life, I have had issues with my scalp being itchy and sensitive. Over the years, I experimented with various hair care products and routines to find what works best for me.
Just like my skin, my scalp is sensitive to certain ingredients and products. Over time, I discovered that many haircare products are bad for me. I never figured out what exactly, but I did find that more natural products will trigger the response less than cheaper brands. That being said, it is not only the bargain brands that can cause the issue. I've used major salon brands that also caused irritation.
If I'm not mistaken, it is Seborrheic dermatitis. There are two things that can help:

- [Point 2]: In my case, I am able to calm it down with pine tar gel.
