Hi, I'm Tracy.

I have had a very odd set of health issues over the years. I've been to countless doctors, and have been given a lot of different pieces of advice, but none were anything concrete that I could really apply and have a resolution. I have been fighting fatigue, brain fog, joint stiffness, and other issues. Every blood test came back normal, and I was left with no real answers. I had to take matters into my own hands and experiment with different approaches to see what would actually work for me.

I also have an electrical issue with my heart that has no diagnosis or treatment. It causes my heart to beat irregularly and sometimes very fast, which can be scary and uncomfortable. Every test by doctors came back normal, again. Still nothing that I could apply that would really help me.

That is why I wanted to share my journey here. I want to document what I have tried, what has worked, and what hasn't worked for me. I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can help others who might be going through similar struggles find some inspiration and ideas for their own health journeys.
