Submission guidelines
- Digestive-friendly focus — recipes should be suitable for people managing IBS, GERD, reflux, or other digestive sensitivities. Avoid or offer substitutions for common triggers: tomatoes, vinegar, citrus, and onion bulb.
- List garlic as optional — raw garlic is a common trigger. If your recipe includes it, note it as optional so readers can easily skip it.
- Complete ingredients with measurements — include quantities for everything so readers can shop and cook with confidence.
- Step-by-step instructions — clear, numbered steps from start to finish.
- Original or attributed — recipes should be your own or clearly adapted, with a source link if based on someone else's work.
- No medical claims — share what works for you, but avoid claiming a recipe treats or cures any condition.
