Recipes shared by the Nourished & Well community

This is a space for our community to share recipes that are gentle on the digestive system. Whether you've adapted a family favourite to be reflux-friendly, discovered a low-FODMAP twist on a classic, or developed something entirely your own — we'd love to see it. All recipes are reviewed before being published.

Submission guidelines

  • Digestive-friendly focus — recipes should be suitable for people managing IBS, GERD, reflux, or other digestive sensitivities. Avoid or offer substitutions for common triggers: tomatoes, vinegar, citrus, and onion bulb.
  • List garlic as optional — raw garlic is a common trigger. If your recipe includes it, note it as optional so readers can easily skip it.
  • Complete ingredients with measurements — include quantities for everything so readers can shop and cook with confidence.
  • Step-by-step instructions — clear, numbered steps from start to finish.
  • Original or attributed — recipes should be your own or clearly adapted, with a source link if based on someone else's work.
  • No medical claims — share what works for you, but avoid claiming a recipe treats or cures any condition.
